The Chakras are energy centers that operate at subtle levels not visible to the physical eye but influence all aspects of our life. The seven main Chakras are located along the spine. Each center functions as a transformer that transports energy from the spirit to different levels of our being, nourishing the body, mind and soul. Each Chakra has a color, a vibration, a sound and is related to a specific organs or body parts.

 

Keeping your vital energy high is an art. In Zero Stress you will learn to (1) How to balance your energy, (2) Increase your energy when it goes downhill and (3) Keep your energy high so you can interpret the facts of life in a positive way and not let them  become stressful.

Harmonization through crystals, aromatherapy, essential oils and meditation.

Exercises to balance the Chakras.

¿You feel like you are having  trouble moving? ¿Would you like to feel your body more flexible and light? Stretching is a necessity like sleeping or eating. If you pay attention, the body needs to elongate to be able to move and to be able to change from one position to another. It is something natural. Stretching feels good because it increases circulation. The muscles contract and push more blood towards the heart, which in turn makes more oxygen arrive to the brain and other organs. By receiving more oxygen, the brain stimulates endorphins that are the hormones that make us feel good and happy.

¿Why is it important to stretch? In general it is important because it maintains the health of the musculoskeletal system. In a more specific way, stretching prepares muscles for a physical activity or sport. If a muscle is tense and receives a load or a weight, it won’t be able to assimilate it and will transmit the force to the bone or tendon causing an injury.

On the other hand, a stretched muscle will accept a weight or load with far less chance of injury to the bone or tendon.

Learn to stretch all the muscles of your body properly, to listen to your body so that you don’t injure yourself and to design a routine of easy stretching according to your health so that you can perform them at home and at work.

One of the best tools I have found in my life has been meditation. It has allowed me to calm   my mind, to have states of inner peace and most importantly to improve my health. Meditation is a natural medicine that has no contraindication. It can be done by any person, of any age and at any time of the day. It’s easy, simple, has lots of benefits at no cost.

 

Meditation allows the body to recover and the mind to reassure itself and see life in a positive way. It can also heal emotions, teach us how to listen to our body’s needs, and help us to channel information to solve any situation.

¿Have you noticed how it feels when you let anger, sadness, anxiety or fear take hold of you for a long time? ¿How are your results in your life when you feel these emotions? Emotions like sadness, fear, anxiety are important and necessary to know and express ourselves but are also toxic if we let them linger in our body for a long time.

They can cause disease and depression.

 

The body is very wise and knows how to get rid of what it does not need; when we eat too much or we feel negative emotions, our body shows it in some way. Over eating may result in indigestion, bloating and annoying feeling. While negative emotions affect your inner peace, family relationships, work and health.
